About SWÆT
SWÆT is honest protein water, made in India by Swaetverse Private Limited. One 500ml bottle carries 24g of whey protein isolate, 0g added sugar and 96.44 kcal. Three flavours: Mango, Blueberry, Bubblegum. That's the entire product line, and we'd like to keep it that way.
Why we made it
Most people who buy protein don't stop because the protein was bad. They stop because of the ritual: the scoop, the shaker, the lumps, the wash-up, the chalk that coats your mouth for an hour afterwards. The tub goes in a cupboard and stays there. Everyone reading this has owned that tub.
So the question wasn't how to make better protein. It was how to remove every reason to skip it. Take whey isolate, put it in water instead of milk, sweeten it with monk fruit so it costs you nothing in sugar, and put it in a bottle that's already made.
Open. Drink. Done. That's the product.
What we won't do
Our whole pitch is "honest protein water, zero BS", which is only worth saying if it survives contact with the details.
- We won't round our numbers to flatter ourselves. The bottle is 96.44 kcal. We write it as 96*, and the asterisk goes to the decimal. It'd be easy to say "under 90". It'd also be false.
- We won't hide the preservative. There's sodium benzoate in the bottle, we explain exactly why on our ingredients page, and we'd rather lose a sale than bury it in a panel.
- We won't fake reviews. When customer quotes appear on this site they'll be real, used with permission, and unedited. Until there are real ones, there'll be none.
- We won't tell you protein water is magic. It's a format, not a health intervention. We'll even tell you when a tub of powder is the better buy. It often is.

How to say it
SWÆT is pronounced "swet". It's a play on the work you put in, written with the Æ ligature because a protein brand called "sweat" would be a lot. Search engines spent a while insisting we meant perspiration. We're wearing them down.
