What is SWÆT protein water?
SWÆT is a ready-to-drink protein water made in India. Each 500ml bottle carries 24g of whey protein isolate, 44% of your daily protein requirement, with 0g added sugar, 96.44 kcal and monk-fruit sweetness. No mixing, no shaker, no chalky aftertaste.
How much protein is in each bottle?
Every 500ml bottle of SWÆT delivers 24g of whey protein isolate, which covers 44.44% of the recommended daily allowance. That is the same protein as a standard whey shake scoop, in a clear, light drink of only 96.44 kcal.
How many calories are in a bottle of SWÆT?
96.44 kcal, and that's the whole 500ml bottle, not a serving or a per-100ml figure. It works out to 4.8% of a day's energy. We write it as "96*" on the site, and the asterisk points at this exact label number.
Does SWÆT have added sugar?
No. SWÆT contains 0g added sugar and only 0.11g total carbohydrate per bottle. Sweetness comes from monk fruit, a natural non-caloric sweetener, so you get clean flavour without a sugar spike or crash.
What are the ingredients in SWÆT?
Five ingredients: whey protein isolate, citric acid (acidity regulator), nature-identical flavour, monk fruit as sweetener and sodium benzoate as preservative. It is FSSAI licensed, with no added sugar, no fat and no artificial colours. Full detail on our ingredients page.
Is SWÆT lactose friendly?
Yes. SWÆT uses whey protein isolate, the most filtered form of whey, which carries only trace lactose. Most lactose-sensitive people digest it comfortably. It does contain milk protein, so it is not suitable for a milk allergy or a vegan diet.
Is SWÆT vegetarian?
Yes. Whey is a dairy protein, which makes SWÆT vegetarian under Indian classification. The bottle carries the green mark. It is not vegan, because dairy is dairy.
How is SWÆT different from a whey protein shake?

Do the three SWÆT flavors have different nutrition?
No. Mango, Blueberry and Bubblegum are the identical formula with a different flavour. Same 24g protein, same 96.44 kcal, same zero added sugar. The only thing you're choosing is taste.
Drinking it
When should I drink protein water?
Anytime you would reach for water and want protein with it: after a workout for recovery, mid-afternoon instead of a sugary drink, or on the go when a meal is far away. SWÆT is ready to drink and best served chilled. One to two bottles a day is the recommended usage.
How should I store SWÆT?
Keep bottles somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed until you open one, then finish it, or refrigerate and drink it the same day. It's genuinely better cold, so we'd suggest keeping a few in the fridge.
Can I drink it every day?
Yes, for most people. One to two bottles a day is the typical pattern. If you have a kidney condition, or you're pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor before adding a protein supplement to your routine.
Can I heat it or mix it into something?
Please don't heat it: whey protein denatures and you'll get an unpleasant texture. SWÆT is built to be drunk cold, straight from the bottle. It isn't a cooking ingredient.
Allergens and safety
Does SWÆT contain allergens?
Yes. SWÆT contains milk. It may also contain traces of soy and nuts, so we declare both. If you have a milk allergy, this product is not for you; a milk allergy and lactose sensitivity are different things.
Is SWÆT FSSAI licensed?
Yes. SWÆT is manufactured under FSSAI licence by Swaetverse Private Limited. Every nutrition figure we publish comes from the approved label, which is why we say 96.44 kcal rather than a rounder, friendlier number.

How much does SWÆT cost?
₹200 per 500ml bottle. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Buying a mixed pack is cheaper per bottle than buying singles; the pack builder on the homepage shows the price as you build.
Is cash on delivery (COD) available for SWÆT?
Yes. SWÆT ships across India with cash on delivery, UPI and card payment options. Orders above ₹999 ship free, and most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
Where do you ship?
Across India. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your pin code. You'll get tracking as soon as the order leaves us.
Can I order on WhatsApp?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Why is it called SWÆT?
It's a play on sweat, the work you put in, written with the Æ ligature. Pronounce it "swet". It's a protein water brand, not a typo, though we accept that search engines needed convincing.
